Major exists: Whale communications acquired by Microsoft (Naqdaq:MSFT) for $80M and Repliweb acquired by Attunity (Naqdaq:ATTU) for $15M.

Electronics engineer with vast experience in innovative projects. CEO and founder of RTO Systems, involved in design, control and manufacturing of medical and computer systems.  Among RTO projects are: Medical Systems, Low Power computers, Control Systems.

DANIEL STEINER

Advisory Board Member

A Serial Entrepreneur and a leading Mentor, working as part of the IDC Momentum Startup Accelerator, and mentoring dozens of start-ups.
Mr. Steiner’s career milestones roles include Co-founder of Repliweb (acquired by Attunity Ltd.), Co-founder and President of SoftLink, Co-founder and President of Whale Communications (acquired by Microsoft). Mr. Steiner is currently Co-Founder and CEO of Dansrank, a Search Intelligence startup.
Mr. Steiner studied Economics and Computer Science at Bar-Ilan University, and spent seven years studying, researching and developing innovative software and communication technologies for the IDF in the military Computer Center.

AVI RABINOWITZ

Advisory Board Member

Senior engineer (MSC, BSC) with extensive experience in developing integrated systems with multidisciplinary technologies. Developed a number of products for people with special needs and is currently involved in a number of complex R&D ventures.
Avi has served in a variety of management positions at the technological unit (GFTD) of the IDF's Ordnance Corps (23 years), and is currently a Lieutenant Colonel (Reserves). In the past 5 years is serving as CEO of "Petel", the development and commercialization unit of Milbat NGO.
